Frequently Asked Questions

1. Q: How does it work?

A: If there is a phone call you do not want to make, email me for a free 15 minute consultation and we will decide if we want to work together. If so, I will make the phone call for you and report back to you on how it went.

2. Q: What kinds of calls will you make?

A: I will make calls of a sensitive nature. Want to quit your job but feel funny? Want to break up with someone, but don’t want to deal with their reaction? Did you crash the car and afraid to tell the owner? I’ll make that call for you. If you have phone phobia and hate making appointments, I can do that, too. I cannot do anything involving legal stuff though, sorry.

3. QHow do your conversations go?

A: Each one is different, but I am always polite, sincere, and to the point. I do not swear and I never raise my voice. If someone wants to talk, I am a good listener. I call from my home office where it is quiet and private and I can devote 100% of my attention to the call.

4. Q: How long do you talk for?

A: The phone call is for up to a half an hour.

5. Q: What if they don’t answer when you call?

A: I will keep trying until your person answers. I will only give up when you tell me to.

6. Q: Can I tell you what to say?

A: Yes, absolutely. Please do. It’s definitely easier if I know what you want, but I can wing it too, if you wish.

7. Q: What if they yell or get angry?

A: They can do either one. I don’t take it personally. That’s the whole point, I am not personally involved so they can yell all they want. It will not bother me or affect me.

8. Q: Do I get a follow up to know how it turned out?

A: Yes, of course! I will contact you by phone as soon as the call is completed to let you know how it went.

9. QAre there any hidden charges?

A: There are never any hidden charges.

10. Q: Do you phone worldwide?

A: Right now I call only in the continental US. This may be expanded in the future.  

11. Q: Do you record the calls?

A: No, I definitely do not.

12. Q: What if they hang up and you never get to talk?

A: You will receive a full refund if your call is not completed.

13. Q: What if you are sent to voicemail?

A: With your permission, I will leave a message explaining who I am and that I am going to call back in a few minutes.

14. Q: What if I change my mind after the call is completed?

A: There are no refunds on completed calls, sorry.

15. Q: What languages do you speak?

A: I speak perfectly clear English.

16. Q: Will you text or email someone for me?

A: Right now I stick to only phone calls.

17. Q: Will you beat someone up for me?

A: No, sorry!
